Hey there!

I’m Ashley, and my mission is to help individuals and couples navigate life’s difficulties to become the best possible versions of themselves. Both my clinical and personal experiences have taught me that, though we cannot control everything, we can control our behaviors, perspectives, beliefs, actions, and HEALING. I plan to equip you with the tools needed to promote your overall well-being and facilitate lasting positive change. While I am a versatile clinician, most of my work focuses on helping adults with anxiety, depression, women’s issues, infertility, relationship issues, navigating life’s difficulties and transitions, adoption and foster care, and mood disorders. In addition, I run a support group for women struggling with infertility.

I earned a Masters in Social Work from Boston University and a B.A. from Clark Atlanta University. I am a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania and under supervision for my clinical license. Through additional trainings and certifications, I have and continue to develop a variety of tools to support you, and I may use different techniques during our work together. Accordingly, my approach is best described as client-centered and strengths-based, drawing also on theories and strategies of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

When I am not practicing as a therapist, I am spending time with my family. We love to stuff our faces with tasty food and find new adventures. I also dabble in wedding photography as a creative outlet (you can see some of my work HERE). But generally, you will find me advocating for women struggling with infertility and all the experiences it brings. My toxic trait is filling up my cart with things that I end up not buying…both online and in-store.

I can’t wait to work with you. If you feel the same, click here!
