THE Therapist for Women
Virtual therapy specializing in trauma/EMDR, PMADs, motherhood, and infertility in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and North Carolina.
You’re staring at another negative pregnancy test, wondering why your body is betraying you, or holding your baby while feeling like a stranger to yourself.
The trauma, the guilt, the overwhelm—it’s all too much, and no matter what you try, you can’t shake the weight.
I’m here to tell you that healing isn’t just possible—it’s waiting for you.
Imagine feeling calm and present.
Life isn’t perfect, but it’s lighter, and for the first time in a long time you can actually breathe.
I’ve been there—infertility, IVF, surgeries, postpartum depression, and adoption challenges.
It made me question everything—my faith, my marriage, even who I was – and it led me to my calling as an expert in this field.
Together, we’ll tackle the hard stuff so you can move forward and find the peace you deserve.
I have 7 years of experience helping women like you find a path forward.

Meet The Therapist
Hi, I’m Ashley Hardy, LCSW, PMH-C—therapist, consultant, infertility survivor, and girl mom (even the dog – my husband is sooo outnumbered).
I help women navigate the hardest chapters of their lives, from infertility and motherhood struggles to healing trauma and managing life’s big transitions.
This work is deeply personal to me. My clients often tell me I “get it” in a way that feels rare, and that’s because I’ve lived it.
I know what it’s like to feel like there’s no way out—but there is, and I’m here to help you find it.
