It wasn’t supposed to be like this.
Maybe you’re staring at yet another negative pregnancy test, feeling like your body has betrayed you.
Or you’re holding a baby you love but barely recognize yourself anymore—snapping at your partner, crying in secret, and wondering why no one talks about how lonely this can be.
The trauma you thought you’d moved past keeps popping up, making you question yourself at every turn. Meanwhile, you’re scrolling Instagram, comparing yourself to women who seem to have it all together.
What if things could be different?
Imagine this: You’re sitting with your baby—or maybe just yourself—and for the first time, you’re not drowning in guilt or overthinking every move.
You’re handling life’s ups and downs with more calm, more clarity, and fewer tears in the bathroom.
Infertility no longer defines your worth, or you’ve found peace with the path your motherhood journey has taken.
Life isn’t perfect, but it’s lighter. And for the first time in a long time, you can breathe.
I’ve been in your shoes.
I’ve felt the sting of infertility, endured IVF and painful treatments and surgeries for PCOS and endometriosis, navigated the difficulties of adoption, faced postpartum depression, and found myself questioning everything—my faith, my marriage, and even my sense of self.
I’ve been where you are, staring at an uncertain future, wondering if things will ever feel okay again.
I meet you where you are—with real tools like EMDR, CBT and IFS, a deep understanding of what you’re carrying, and the belief that healing is absolutely possible. As a Christian therapist, I can also incorporate faith and spiritual resources into our work if it’s meaningful to you, while welcoming clients from all walks of life.
Ashley’s Specialties
-
EMDR for Trauma
When past trauma impacts your present, healing feels out of reach. EMDR can help you process and release what’s holding you back.
-
PMADs & Motherhood
Motherhood doesn’t come with a manual, and navigating Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders can be isolating. But you can thrive through it.
-
Infertility Support
Infertility isn’t just a medical journey—it’s emotional, relational, and deeply personal. Let’s navigate this together.
What healing looks like:
→ Infertility: You can think about family-building without spiraling into guilt or shame. You’ve found peace with your journey—whether that’s living child-free, pursuing alternative paths, or continuing the fight with renewed strength.
→ PMADs (Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders): The intrusive thoughts don’t control you anymore. You feel like yourself again—calmer, more confident, and able to enjoy motherhood without the constant pressure to be perfect.
→ Trauma: Your past no longer dictates your present. You’re free from the weight of old wounds, responding to life with clarity and control instead of triggers and fear.
→ Life Transitions: When challenges come your way, you don’t freeze or crumble. Instead, you navigate them with emotional balance, clear decision-making, and a plan that feels doable.
